Booking Your Session
To enquire about a photography session, please complete the booking form on the website or get in touch using the contact details provided.
Once your preferred date has been confirmed, you’ll receive a booking confirmation along with any additional information needed to prepare for your session.

Booking Fee & Payment
A booking fee may be required to secure your session date. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before your final edited images are delivered.
Accepted payment methods will be provided with your booking confirmation.

For branding and editorial sessions, we’ll also discuss your business, vision and intended use of the photographs to ensure the final images reflect your brand authentically.

Outdoor Sessions
As Rosecroft Photography specialises in natural light photography, outdoor sessions are weather dependent.
If conditions are unsuitable or unsafe, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Sessions are designed to feel relaxed, natural and enjoyable.
Rather than heavily posed photography, I focus on creating authentic images that reflect your personality, relationships and story.
You’re welcome to share ideas, inspiration and preferences before your session.

Image Editing
Every delivered photograph is individually edited in Rosecroft Photography’s signature style.
Editing includes:
Exposure and colour correction
Professional finishing
Cropping and composition adjustments
Gentle skin retouching where appropriate
Removal of temporary blemishes
RAW (unedited) images are not supplied.

Your final images will be delivered via a secure online gallery.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of session and editing requirements.
An estimated delivery timeframe will be discussed following your session.

Image Usage
Rosecroft Photography may request permission to feature selected photographs within the website portfolio, social media or promotional material.
Your images will never be used for marketing without your consent.

Sessions within London are included unless otherwise agreed.
Travel outside London may incur an additional fee, which will always be discussed before confirming your booking.
