These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Rosecroft Photography (“the Photographer”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once:
a booking has been accepted by Rosecroft Photography;
any requested booking fee has been received (where applicable); and
these Terms & Conditions have been accepted.
Session dates cannot be guaranteed until confirmation has been provided.

2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices are subject to change without notice, however the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

3. Payment
Payment is due in accordance with the invoice or booking confirmation.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during booking.
Final edited images will not be released until full payment has been received.

4. Complimentary Portfolio Sessions
From time to time, Rosecroft Photography may offer complimentary sessions for portfolio-building purposes.
These sessions are offered at the Photographer’s discretion and may include agreed usage rights allowing Rosecroft Photography to use selected images for:
website portfolio
social media
printed marketing
promotional material
Participation in complimentary sessions may require the signing of a Model Release.

5. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their booking at any time.
If a booking fee has been paid, this may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Rosecroft Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where possible, an alternative date will be offered.

6. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session.
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate alternative dates.
Repeated rescheduling requests may require a new booking.

7. Late Arrival
Late arrival may reduce the amount of photography time available.
If a client arrives more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, Rosecroft Photography reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session.

8. Weather
Outdoor sessions are dependent upon suitable weather.
Where weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, sessions may be rearranged at no additional charge.

9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
arriving on time
ensuring all participants are ready
obtaining permission for photography where required
informing the Photographer of any accessibility requirements or special considerations

10. Image Style
Clients acknowledge that they are booking Rosecroft Photography based on the Photographer’s artistic style.
Images will be edited in Rosecroft Photography’s signature style.
Requests for extensive alterations, filters or changes that differ significantly from the Photographer’s style may not be accepted.

11. Image Selection
Rosecroft Photography will select the strongest images from the session.
Unedited RAW files are not supplied.

12. Editing
Images include professional editing.
This may include:
exposure correction
colour correction
cropping
light retouching
removal of temporary blemishes
Extensive digital manipulation is not included unless agreed in advance.

13. Delivery
Final images will normally be delivered via a secure online gallery.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated following the session.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

14. Copyright
Copyright remains with Rosecroft Photography under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a licence to use their purchased images for personal use or the agreed commercial purpose.
Images may not be sold, entered into competitions or commercially redistributed without written permission.

15. Social Media
Clients are welcome to share their photographs online.
Rosecroft Photography kindly requests that images are not heavily edited or filtered.

16. Portfolio & Marketing
Rosecroft Photography will only use client images for portfolio, website or marketing purposes where permission has been granted.
Clients may decline permission at any time before publication.

17. Commercial Usage
Commercial branding clients will receive usage rights appropriate to their booking.
Any extended licensing requirements should be discussed before the session.

18. Liability
While every reasonable care is taken, Rosecroft Photography shall not be liable for:
unforeseen equipment failure
weather
venue restrictions
circumstances beyond reasonable control
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

19. Image Storage
Clients are encouraged to download and securely back up their photographs after delivery.
Rosecroft Photography cannot guarantee indefinite archive storage.

20. Website
All photographs, text and branding displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Rosecroft Photography unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
